Description

The SPEC Series chassis by Roadster Shop lowers your 1868-1972 Chevelle, transforming ride quality and handling.  The 100% fabricated chassis is significantly stronger than your original frame. A custom 4-link, fabricated front control arms, and forged C6 Corvette-style spindles replace your car’s antiquated suspension. Steering is upgraded to rack-and-pinion specification with improved geometry, while the RS-FOX adjustable coilovers let you fine-tune ride height. Roadster Shop’s “Laser Rail” technology utilizes CNC cutting and contouring to precisely follow your car’s underbody contours. The frame is substantially more rigid than stock. Kilgore Kustoms orders Roadster Shop SPEC chassis kits with critical upgrades, including pre-bent stainless steel brake hard lines, a heavy-duty front sway bar, and the correct engine/trans mounting brackets for your combination, such as pre-made trans tunnel sheetmetal kit Small Block Chevy, Big Block Chevy, Chevy LS, and various transmissions.   This chassis has been pre-ordered with the following upgrades, features and specifications. Custom orders are available upon request. Chassis kits with Pontiac and Chevelle wagon rear frame rails can be custom ordered.
