Upgrade the suspension in your 1959-1964 Chevy Impala to modern ride and handling with a Ridetech HQ Coil-Over Suspension System. Includes tubular front A-arms, fabricated rear control arms with R-joints, HQ Series monotube front and rear coilovers with rebound adjustment, and front and rear sway bars. The excellent coil-overs carry a 1,000,001 mile warranty with speaks to their excellent engineering and construction.  You get to fine tune your car’s ride height to suit your wheel and tire combination, vehicle weight, and personal preference. The rebound adjustment helps you settle down any bounce in the ride quality. We can’t say enough good things about Ridetech’s shocks with respect to both handling and ride characteristics.

The rear suspension consists of fabricated tubular control arms with Ridetech’s amazing R-joints for articulation. The control arms are significantly more rigid than the stock 65 year old plus stamped OE parts. The result is more predicable handling and improved traction. Like the front suspension, Ridetech includes fully adjustable coilovers for the rear. The design is 100% bolt-on. The upper coilovers mounts consist of upper and lower plates that clamp to the frame. A single upper control arm with R-joints is included.

Front and rear sway bars are included with end links. The B-body chassis really benefits from sway bars at both ends.   All suspension components are powder coated. Hardware and complete instructions are included. Spindles and brakes are not included. We can source them for you.

NOTES:

• If you have a Ford 9″ rear axle, you will need a Rear Sway Bar Cradle Bracket Kit: PN 11059102.
• Most cars have a single upper control arm in the rear suspension. If your car has two upper control arms, choose the dual arm version.
